‘Proteus’ convierte a la UGR en un referente en computación científica
«’Proteus’ writes to hard disk (on average) about 100 megabytes per second. That is, about 90 times the digital version of ‘Don Quixote’ every second».
‘Proteus’ is the supercomputer of the University of Granada (UGR), specifically of the Carlos I Institute of Theoretical and Computational Physics, which was officially presented yesterday and which performs calculations at high speed.
