GitLab is a web-based version control and collaborative software development service based on Git. In addition to a repository manager, the service also offers hosting for wikis and error tracking system.
The Carlos I Institute provides its members with a centralised GitLab server to facilitate the development of all types of projects. It offers the advantages that it has no storage limits and privacy is guaranteed.
To facilitate its management, it has a web interface as well as access through the Git tools.
